Glimpse of Projects Undertaken

Advised the Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and
Water and rendered services for the drafting and
vetting of agreements and sovereign guarantee
for the UNDP Funded Project involving the Setting
up of Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants in Abyan
and Al Mahra Districts of Yemen.

Advised the Authority’s Engineer in relation to the
different contract packages for the prestigious
Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor being
developed in India at a project cost of INR 51,000
crores.

Legal support towards the legal vetting of the
constitution documents including the
Memorandum of Association, Articles of
Association and other documents in line with the
Guidelines of the Scheme “Promotion of Bulk
Drug Parks” and bid process management for the
Selection of a Developer for the First Bulk Drug
Park in District Una of Himachal Pradesh bearing
a project cost of INR 1900 Crores.

Support towards the re-drafting of the
legislations, policies, and regulations governing
the the horticulture and agriculture sector of India
and to bring the same in line with the best
international practices and technological
advancements.

Advised Pune Metropolitan Development
Authority (PMRDA) for reviewing the regulatory
framework and legal aspects of Transaction
Advisory for the implementation of the world’s
first Hyperloop Technology based High Speed
Public Transportation project between Mumbai to
Pune.

Rendered legal services to Indian Railway
Stations Development Corporation (IRSDC) for
developing India’s first PPP railway station at
Bhopal-Habibganj, which has been remodeled on
the lines of Germany’s Heidelberg Station. The
station will be a green building with LED lighting
and will boast of facilities like food plazas,
cafeterias and plush waiting lounge.

Supporting BEZA in incorporating international
best practices in the upstream legal, regulatory,
PPP frameworks and institutional capacity
building aspects as it endeavors to improve the
strategic quality of EZ development across
Bangladesh by attracting the most internationally
reputed developers and investors using the PPP
model.

Rendering legal services for facilitating the
implementation of Kenya’s first Highway Sector
PPP project i.e. Nairobi-Nakuru highway having a
project cost of over USD 1.5 billion, wherein our
scope of work included carrying out legal due
diligence of the PPP enabling regulatory
framework and handling legal aspects of
Transaction Advisory including preparing
procurement documents, bid evaluation and
contract negotiations.

Legal advice and drafting on a day to day basis
for contract management in relation to the EPC
Contract Agreement.

Contract Management for the development and
construction of multi-storied modern Agri Mall at
New Grain Market, in Karnal, Haryana on EPC

Examination of the reconnaissance license (RL)
issued to LUSARA MINING GHANA LTD. by the
Government of the Republic of Ghana under the
Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703) in
respect of the Dansame Gold Concession in the

for project implementation.

Zanzibar Urban Services project (ZUSP) with
financing by World Bank

Transaction advisory for setting up solid waste
management projects in PPP mode in Himachal
Pradesh.

multilevel car parking cum commercial complex
on Design Build-Operate-Transfer (DBOT) basis in

Company Ltd. for the construction of 400 KV
DCDS transmission line between Satpura and
Ashta for evacuation of power from 2 x 250 MW
extension unit at Satpura in the State of Madhya
Pradesh through PPP on DBFOT basis, which was
the first of its kind in the state of Madhya Pradesh
(and only second in India) using Viability Gap
Funding (VGF) concept.

redeveloped as an entire integrated suburb with
modern amenities, Dharavi redevelopment to be
financially viable and self-sustaining, Dharavi to
be developed to facilitate and provide the
infrastructure on the following five point program,
